Real Hires is hiring an Operations Assistant to support a fast-moving sales executive in Mexico City. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage emails, and help keep deals moving to ensure top-tier service and sales momentum.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience with CRM tools and Excel. You will collaborate with the sales lead to drive efficiency and growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers—respond to emails, answer calls, and follow up professionally.
• Keep deals moving—track proposals, send reminders, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
• Handle day-to-day operational requests, from checking on deliveries to resolving logistical challenges.
• Manage and prioritize emails, flagging important messages and responding when needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
• Keep sales data organized in Excel, tracking leads, sales progress, and customer interactions.
• Solve problems independently—handle issues quickly and efficiently without constant direction.
• Work closely with the sales executive to take on key tasks that support sales growth.
