Arrow Electronics is seeking a Program Manager for SaaS Operations in Tlaquepaque. You will lead enterprise-wide programs from ideation through delivery, partnering with RevOps, Sales, Product, and CS to scale operating models and improve efficiency.

The role requires a strong SaaS background, 8+ years in program leadership, and experience guiding executives. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office Tue–Thu and some remote options supports collaboration and impact.

Formación

• 8+ years of Program Management or Transformation leadership.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional SaaS programs.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC).
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Establish PMO governance, frameworks, and executive dashboards.
