Dematic is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales, Execution, and Plant teams. The role ensures clear communication, timely follow-up, and coordination of commercial, procurement, and operational activities.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and day-to-day processes with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, operations, procurement, supply chain, or related area.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, or procurement systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proactive follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and commercial teams.
• Track requests, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across Sales, Execution, and Plant teams.
• Coordinate communication between the Sales office and the Monterrey plant.
• Organize meetings, internal activities, documentation, and customer-related support activities.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and basic CRM updates.
• Support the organization and tracking of commercial opportunities and internal requests.
• Assist with the creation and follow-up of purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, plant personnel, and internal teams regarding materials, services, and order status.
• Follow up on pending items and elevate delays or issues when necessary.
• Ensure documentation is organized, updated, and easily accessible.
• Support process improvements and help maintain structure in daily operations.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative activities as assigned.
