KION Group is looking for a professional to manage customer solutions in Nuevo León, Guadalupe. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of logistics and automation experience. Responsibilities include managing internal deliverables and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for this role. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Salesforce is preferred. The role may require occasional travel.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $X - $Y at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Manages the solutions proposed to customers, including management of all pre-contract deliverables performed by the internal team from initial meetings through firm quote within the set deadline and budget framework in compliance with the offer process.
• Identifies applicability of Dematic Standard Sub Systems in the earliest stage of pre-qualification sales cycle (ensures solutions are data driven).
• Owns proposal plan and communicates initial deliverable dates and subsequent changes to it.
• Acts as the main contact for assigned Sales Region Director and Account Managers during all stages of the sales cycle.
• Supports the Operations Planner who will lead customer engagements during the planning phase.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of the customer’s requirements (technical and commercial) to function as the voice of the customer internally.
• Coordinates initial qualification, triage of needs, and feasibility checks (initial review of customer RFP and specification documents).
• Prepares and coordinates customer workshops in cooperation with Sales and other internal departments.
• Partners with Solution Development Managers to assign necessary resources to the project, including Ops Planners, Solution Concept Developers, Engineers, and Software Consultants; identifies resource issues to Solution Development Executive Leadership for resolution.
• Supports the Account Manager in winning strategy and high‑visibility meetings.
• Trusts and relies on team members to be the subject‑matter experts for project work.
• Coordinates with Sales to define deliverables in the solution request and delivery dates.
• Ensures timely and clear handovers through quality gates such as concept, tech and pricing reviews, and project turnovers.
• Secures approval for deviations to processes and policies (as needed).
• Coordinates with Project Management on clarifications and change orders during the project kickoff period, including ORAs.
• Attends project close‑out / lessons‑learned meetings.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of logistics and automation experience, with 1+ years of direct applicable project management experience.
• Working knowledge of the operations and flows of a Distribution Center preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability and experience working effectively in a self‑directed, proactive, results‑oriented, complex, fast‑paced environment across all levels.
• Demonstrates experience in driving initiatives, while holding teams accountable for results and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders.

• Proficient with AutoCAD and 3D Design preferred (not required).
