Bosch México in Juárez is seeking a skilled Mechanical/Automation Engineer to implement and maintain manufacturing processes, improve equipment availability, and contribute to TPM across shifts. You will drive NPI, process validation, and training to ensure high-quality output.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, electromechanical, mechatronics, digital systems or related fields.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes and ensure equipment availability.
• Aim to achieve Value Stream KPIs and reduce engineering downtime.
• Lead New Product Introduction, equipment/process validation and installation.
• Develop procedures and instructions for ICT processes.
• Develop maintenance plans focused on preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Participate in PFMEA and Control Plans with internal and international teams.
