Versigent is seeking a detail‑oriented Engineering Change Quotation Specialist to analyze and quote CRs, validate costs, and drive target margins. You will coordinate with cost estimating teams, prepare preliminary quotes, and track tooling and component costs while supporting the Account Manager.

The role requires engineering education, 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering environments, and strong English. You will work across functions to ensure timely, accurate quotes and revenue impact.

Formación

• High level of English proficiency (80%+).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years in product engineering/assembly/manufacturing/process engineering.
• ECM knowledge and cost estimating collaboration.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and work on multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and prepare Engineering change quotations (CRs) to meet margin targets.
• Validate CR costs: materials, labor, tooling, equipment, misc.
• Prepare preliminary quotes (ECRs or Customer Quotes) using cost models.
• Lead cross‑functional cost inputs and ensure timely data for tooling invoicing.
• Support Account Manager in tooling expense audits and cash collection.
• Maintain CR/ECR trackers and cost source records.
