FLSmidth in Monterrey seeks a Costing & Quotation Specialist to organize resources for costing and quotation activities. You will manage ERP responses for Regular Opex opportunities from initial inquiry to PO, and ensure timely delivery of proposals via portals or email.

You will monitor ERP data updates to guarantee accurate quotations and register POs in Microsiga, including creating shared folders. Strong coordination and timely execution are essential.

Formación

• Experience with costing and quotation workflows in an ERP environment.
• Ability to explain facts, policies and practices related to job area.

• Identify and organize the necessary resources for the costing and quotation process for Spare & Wear Parts.
• Establish priorities during the costing and quotation processes.
• Directly manage the response, follow-up, and status updates in the ERP system for Regular Opex Opportunities, from reception to obtaining the Purchase Order (PO).
• Ensure the timely delivery of client-requested proposals through portals or email.
• Monitor the continuous update of required information in the ERP system to guarantee accurate quotation issuance.
• Ensure the proper registration of POs in the Microsiga system, including creating the corresponding shared folders.
