DiDi is seeking an Education & Development Senior Analyst in Mexico City to design and implement comprehensive training strategies for the commercial team. You will lead a team, develop learning solutions, and collaborate with sales, operations and product to drive performance improvements.

You will continuously improve content and materials, analyze needs, and build enabling tools to elevate the DiDi Food sales organization. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3 years' experience in training and development management (essential).
• 2 years working with commercial teams (essential).
• Proven commercial experience with sales or commercial function.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage training programs, learning solutions/projects (face to face, virtual or blended).
• Lead a team to meet the training needs of the commercial team through the management of learning projects.
• Design, deliver, and improve training for the commercial team to boost performance.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and impact on sales.
• Oversee learning technologies like LMS and virtual classrooms.
• Conduct regular needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across departments to align training with goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in training materials, methods, and formats.
• Increase productivity by equipping the team with knowledge tools for better restaurant experience.
• Lead training and capability-building sessions for the commercial team.
