Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a finance/controlling professional in Mexico City to coordinate rebate and condition processes, maintain SAP data, and run month-end reporting. The role emphasizes strong controls, data analysis, and collaboration with RGM and Commercial teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance or controlling, fluent English and Spanish, and solid SAP/Excel skills to drive actionable commercial insights and robust financial processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or related field.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Spanish (written & spoken).
• 5+ years in business finance, accounting or controlling.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient MS Office and Excel; experience with SAP.
• Experience coordinating and creating processes.
• Able to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with RGM, Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead conditions upload and maintenance following approved information.
• Develop promotional tools with ROI calculation with RGM team and ensure implementation.
• Maintain tight controls around conditions pre/post upload and documentation support.
• Support Controller on balance sheet reconciliations for rebates.
• Coordinate and lead credit notes processes.
• Maintain Rebates and Conditions in SAP.
• Ensure accruals align with actual trade terms and conditions.
• Maintain prices in SAP.
• Prepare month-end reports for Controlling.
• Perform PVM analysis monthly.
• Coordinate with market Controller and other key SGS stakeholders.
• Maintain a rock-solid control environment; support audits as needed.
