Suntory Global Spirits in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned Finance/Controlling professional to lead conditions management, rebates, and SAP master data. You will coordinate with RGM and commercial teams to ensure accurate postings, robust controls, and timely reporting.

The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, fluent English and Spanish, and at least five years in finance or controlling. You will analyze large datasets, support audits, and drive process improvements across the business.

Formación

• University degree in business/finance or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, or controlling.
• Strong communication and data analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead conditions upload and maintenance ensuring approval.
• Develop promotional tools with ROI calculation with RGM team.
• Maintain controls around pre/post upload documentation.
• Support balance sheet reconciliation for Rebates with SGS Controller.
• Coordinate and lead credit notes processes.
• Maintain rebates and conditions in SAP.
• Ensure accruals align with trade terms.
• Maintain prices in SAP.
• Manage month-end reports to Controlling.
• Manage PVM analysis monthly.
• Engage with market Controller and key stakeholders across SGS.
• Support audits with a rock-solid control environment.
