Stäubli is seeking a proactive FCS Sales Administrator to interact with customers and internal teams. You will generate quotations, process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely invoicing while maintaining strong customer communications and ERP data integrity.

You will collaborate across departments to meet customer needs, support accounts receivable with overdue items, and participate in training to optimize order-entry processes. This is a full-time role based in Mexico.

Formación

• Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ERP SAP systems is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with Customer relationship Management software (CRM).

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers and sales engineers to generate quotations for services and parts.
• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Inventory management and stock level checks prior to order entry.
• Set up customers in ERP and/or vendor records; communicate with customers to meet needs.
• Process and send invoices to customers for services and parts.
• Maintain frequent communication to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Daily reporting and order monitoring to meet scheduling timelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
• Assist accounting with past due invoices and account resolution.
• Create non-conformance reports and participate in training sessions.

Job Description

Job Function:

The job of the Stäubli FCS Sales Administrator is to interact with internal and external customers.

Reports to:

Responsibilities and Objectives:

• Work directly with the customers and the sales engineers to generate quotation for services and parts.
• Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Inventory management, checking stock levels prior to order entry to ensure available inventory is prioritized, optimizing stock usage.
• Interact with customer to provide or gather administrative information to set up customer in ERP or set up Stäubli as a vendor
• Process and send invoice to customers for services and parts
• Communicate frequently with customer to ensure that all expectations are met, proactively resolving any issues or delays, updating customers as needed
• Daily reporting and order monitoring to ensure all orders are delivered according to the scheduled timeline
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
• Assist accounting with past due invoices/accounts resolution
• Creation of non-conformance reports
• Participate in training sessions and update order entry processes as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience required (Customer Service/Inside Sales background preferred)
• Proficient with ERP SAP system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Experienced with Customer relationship Management software (CRM)
