Kautex is seeking an Associate Sales professional in Mexico to track and manage commercial data using SAP, Excel, PLM and Up2Go. You will check POs, provide information to customers, and monitor orders from quote to delivery, ensuring consistency with offers and timelines.

The role requires a university degree in a relevant field, some automotive industry exposure, and a solid grasp of finance and sales procedures. A proactive, numbers-focused mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Formación

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable education is required.
• First experience in international automotive industry.
• Good comprehension for finance and sales procedures and their feasibility.
• High affinity for numbers.
• Strong will to learn constantly to develop personal skills.
• Have a basic technical understanding.
• Show interest in our products and how they are developed and manufactured.

Responsabilidades

• Track and maintain commercial data in Kautex SAP/Excel/PLM/Up2Go systems.
• Check customer purchase orders and escalate deviations.
• Provide customers with necessary information efficiently and professionally.
• Continuous offer and order tracking.
• Invoicing and tracking orders to be invoiced.
• Maintain customer demands in SAP (single orders for pre-production parts, delivery schedules).
• Track piece prices and overdue invoices; update SAP with current PO information.
• Process EDI workflow and coordinate with logistics and PM for new releases.
• Master data maintenance in SAP.
• Maintain electronic filing according to Kautex FLP and DOA rules.

What awaits you

• Track and maintain all commercial data in our Kautex systems SAP/Excel/PLM (centralized lifecycle management)/Up2Go (sales planning data)
• Check customer purchase orders and escalate in case of deviations compared to Kautex offer
• Provide the customer with the necessary information in an efficient and professional manner
• Continuous offer/order tracking
• Invoicing and maintaining tracking of orders to be invoiced
• Maintaining customer demands in SAP (creating single orders for pre‑production parts and maintaining delivery schedules for serial production)
• Tracking of piece prices and of overdue invoices; follow up and adjusting customer information in SAP according to current P.O.
• Processing of EDI workflow and follow‑up with logistics and PM for new releases etc.
• Master data maintenance in SAP
• Maintain and ensure proper electronic filing of documents in accordance with Kautex FLP and DOA rules
