dsm-firmenich in Toluca, Mexico, is seeking an S&OP Analyst - NPI/PLM to drive product launches and lifecycle execution across the North American network. You will lead supply chain readiness, risk assessments, and KPI monitoring to support on-time, in-full delivery.

Requirements include 2–3 years in planning, advanced English/Spanish, and macro proficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory and manage PLM processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in planning functions (supply, demand, inventory or production planning).
• Experience with ATLAS, SAP, Power BI, Kinaxis; IBP/PLM modules advantageous.
• Advanced English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or related field.
• Proficient in creating macros; ability to analyze scenarios and trade-offs.

Responsabilidades

• Support cross-functional PLM governance, partnering with Commercial and Planning teams to drive alignment on demand, sales, and raw material strategies
• Analyze supply chain data (SAP, Kinaxis) to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement opportunities
• Track and report key KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, OTIF, air freight usage, inventory levels, and critical raw materials
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, phase-in/phase-out, discontinuations, and product transfers
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, providing insights on timelines, raw material constraints, and inventory exposure to support decision-making
• Reduce inventory obsolescence and inefficiencies by ensuring disciplined execution of PLM processes and lifecycle controls
