The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, 3–6+ years in Demand Planning/S&OP, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder D360/IO, Power BI and Advanced Excel, plus advanced English, are required.

Formación

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or SCM.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Strong knowledge of statistical and forecast analysis, inventory management, and data configuration/maintenance.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Blue Yonder D360/IO, and Excel.
• Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and collaborate to drive results.
