OMRON Healthcare, Inc. is hiring a Junior Demand Planning Analyst to support demand planning across Mexico and LATAM. You will analyze forecasts, monitor key indicators, and develop dashboards using BI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in demand planning or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP or planning tools such as SAP, JD Edwards, Anaplan, Demand Solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of BI/Tableau is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and consolidate demand forecasts for Mexico and LATAM.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, sell-out, fill rate, inventory health, aging, and slow-moving inventory.
• Analyze customer sales and inventory to identify stock-out and overstock risks.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools using BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Support S&OP and S&OE processes by transforming data into insights.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Imports, and Logistics teams.
• Support the use of planning tools such as Anaplan and Demand Solutions.
