Carrier is seeking a Supply Chain NPI professional in Santa Catarina, Mexico, to coordinate material readiness, engineering changes, purchase orders, and prototype activities for New Product Introductions.

You will work closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing and Suppliers to minimize risks, delays and costs while ensuring successful product launches.

A degree in a related field and strong English skills are required, with experience in manufacturing and ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Purchasing, or New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support ECNs for Commercial NPI projects.
• Coordinate prototype material requirements, sample tracking, and Purchase Order (PO) creation to support project execution.
• Monitor supplier commitments and material availability to ensure successful product launches.
• Prepare cost reports for New Product (NP) projects and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Suppliers to proactively identify and resolve supply chain risks.
