dsm-firmenich in Toluca is seeking a S&OP Analyst - NPI/PLM to help ensure successful product launches and lifecycle execution across the North American network. You will drive supply chain readiness, assess risks, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and guarantee on-time, in-full delivery.

Two to three years of planning experience, plus proficiency in ATLAS, SAP, Power BI and Kinaxis, are required, with English and Spanish at an advanced level.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in planning functions (supply, demand, inventory or production).
• Proficiency with ATLAS, SAP, Power BI, and Kinaxis; IBP/PLM modules a plus.
• Advanced English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Support cross-functional PLM governance with Commercial and Planning teams to align demand, sales and raw material strategies.
• Analyze supply chain data (SAP, Kinaxis) to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvements.
• Track and report KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, air freight usage, inventory levels and critical raw materials.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities including new product introductions, phase-in/phase-out, discontinuations and product transfers.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, providing timelines, material constraints and inventory exposure insights.
