Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Strong knowledge of rubber material properties, polymer science, and processing techniques.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to rubber material processing.

Responsibilities

• Support industrialization of new hose facility in Aguascalientes.
• Lead the industrialization and optimization of rubber material processes for new and existing hose products.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate rubber material requirements into product designs.
• Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate and industrialize rubber material properties and performance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical reports.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in rubber material technology and processing techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in rubber material processing.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and other stakeholders.
