Job summary

Continental in Aguascalientes, Mexico, is seeking a Product Development - Rubber Material Process Engineer to support rubber material processes for hose production and product development. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in rubber material processing.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and other stakeholders.

We are seeking a skilled Product Development - Rubber Material Process Engineer to join our innovative team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting compound mixing and hose production activities by developing and optimizing rubber material processes for product development, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient manufacturing procedures.

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT:

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• Previous experience inrubber material process engineering, preferably in a product development or manufacturing environment
