Essity is seeking a RST Process Engineer in Reynosa, Mexico. The role involves designing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing workflows to ensure safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

You will bridge R&D and plant activities during new product launches, and support validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and BOM maintenance. You will lead process routings, cost-saving initiatives, and CAPEX projects from start to full implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring

Formación

• 3–5 years in manufacturing/medical industry in a similar role (NPI/Project)
• Structured mindset with analytical thinking
• Management skills for people and equipment
• Ability to work independently, safely, and in a team
• Familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, Think Cell, BPCS, SAP, AutoCAD
• Fully bilingual
• PMBOK/PMP/MBA is a plus
• Equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ) knowledge
• Lean manufacturing methodology knowledge

About the Role

RST Process Engineer design, optimizes, and maintains the manufacturing workflows to ensure safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness. Ensures process and components changes comply with quality and safety regulations along with all required documentation. The process engineer bridges the gap between R&D and day to day plant activities when new product launches are being implemented.

Who You Are

• University Degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or other related
• 3–5- years' experience in Manufacturing/Medical Industry in a similar position as NPI/Project preferer.
• Having a structured mindset and ability for analytical thinking.
• Management skills for people and equipment
• Ability to work independent, safe, self-reliant and team-oriented
• Knowledge of MS Office/MS Project/Think Cell/ BPCS/SAP/AutoCad
• Fully bilingual
• Project management (PMBOK/PMP/MBA is a plus)
• Equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ) knowledge.
