Essity in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks a Process Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain manufacturing workflows ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. The role bridges R&D with day-to-day plant activities during new product launches.

You will perform feasibility studies, support cost savings initiatives, validate changes (IQ/OQ/PQ), and manage BOMs, process routings, and CAPEX projects from start to finish. Fluency in both languages is required.

Formación

• University degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in Manufacturing/Medical Industry in a similar NP I/Project role.
• Structured mindset with analytical thinking; strong management skills for people and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Feasibility reports.
