Roboyo in Mexico is seeking a sharp, delivery-focused Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our Delivery team. This hybrid role blends the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst with the organizational accountability of a Project Manager.

You will own the full automation project lifecycle — from eliciting and documenting requirements to driving on-time, high-quality deployments — while acting as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery pods.

Formación

• 5+ years in BA and/or PM within IT or automation contexts.
• Hands-on UiPath and/or Blue Prism experience.
• Experience delivering RPA or automation projects end-to-end.
• Proven client relationship management and escalation handling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation projects using Agile methods.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and burn rates for multiple engagements.
• Act as primary liaison with offshore delivery and report ROI.
• Create Process Design Documents and translate As-Is to To-Be designs.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
