Roboyo is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our automation and AI-enabled delivery teams. You will drive SDLC governance, backlog planning, and requirements elicitation across global client projects, translating business needs into workable specifications.

You should have 5+ years in automation or consulting, with hands-on UiPath/Blue Prism exposure, UML/BPMN modelling, and strong communication to bridge business and tech teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in automation, Business Analysis or Consulting roles.
• Migration Fluency: UiPath and/or Blue Prism exposure is non-negotiable.
• Consulting Mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator bridging technical constraints and business expectations.
• Process Modelling: UML/BPMN and documentation (PDD/SDD/TDD).

Responsabilidades

• SDLC & Backlog Management: Plan, estimate, and execute Business Analysis activities.
• Process Architecture: Define information architecture for traceable and testable logic from ideation through UAT.
• Workshop Facilitation: Prepare and facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements.
• Change Management: Manage deviations from legacy logic, ensuring changes are documented, approved, and communicated.
