Roboyo Group is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy Python-based agentic automations for simple-to-medium business tasks. You will work end-to-end from design through testing and deployment, with occasional RPA-to-Python conversions and hands-on GCP work.

The role emphasizes strong Python skills, experience with agentic AI, APIs, data pipelines, and CI/CD. You’ll collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, product managers, and analysts, while mentoring junior

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Python software engineering experience.
• Experience building agentic AI automations (LLM-based agents).
• Strong analytical and solution-design skills for process automation.
• Experience with Pandas and NumPy; well-tested, maintainable code.
• Proficiency with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Some exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud Run.
• Agile/Scrum experience in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Cloud deployment with Kubernetes (GKE) and Google App Engine.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy Python-based automations and agentic workflows end-to-end.
• Integrate agentic AI components into automations and choose appropriate agentic-ness for tasks.
• Deploy and operate automations on Google Cloud Platform, integrating with APIs and databases.
• Write and run automated unit and integration tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews to enforce standards.
• Represent technical approaches to clients in non-technical terms.
