Roboyo is seeking an Automation Engineering Manager to guide technical design, governance, and delivery of complex, scalable automation solutions. You will lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and advise clients on automation strategies across global engagements.

You will drive technical standards, explore Agentic AI and related tools, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery with strong stakeholder engagement and governance.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation/RPA, preferably with UiPath
• Experience owning solution architecture and technical design for complex automation solutions
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading automation engineering teams, including distributed/global teams
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Own solution design and architecture for complex, scalable automation implementations built on UiPath and other RPA technologies
• Define and enforce technical standards, patterns, and delivery frameworks across projects
• Lead proposals for regional/global clients and support business development
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business benefits for senior stakeholders
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of automation engineers and oversee end-to-end delivery
