United States Digital Space LLC in Mexico City is seeking a senior leader to head a Verification Risk Operations team responsible for onboarding verifications and risk assessments, working with Product and Engineering to streamline processes and improve user experience.

You will hire and develop a team of Operations Associates, set goals, and use data to guide performance while balancing risk and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of direct people management experience in a risk or operations function.
• Ability to partner effectively with internal globally distributed stakeholders.
• Operational background including new process launches / improvements and service delivery.
• Problem-solving skills and comfort operating without clear guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Verification Risk Operations Associates in onboarding verifications and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure seamless integration of new users and processes.
• Own a prioritized roadmap of verification and compliance improvements and drive implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members; set goals and use metrics to guide performance.
• Foster a culture aligned with the company's user-centric and transparent values while balancing risk and customer experience.
