Formación

• 1-2 years of professional experience in risk operations or related analytical role.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex cases with high accuracy.
• Clear, concise written communication for escalation summaries and updates.

Responsabilidades

• Independently resolve standard and moderately complex risk cases with high accuracy.
• Apply policy with context; escalate when needed and document reasoning clearly.
• Spot emerging fraud signals and surface them to the team and manager.
• Analyze case data to identify gaps and propose concrete improvements.
• Support teammates, mentor L1 associates, and participate in onboarding and coaching.
• Communicate with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners precisely.
• Leverage data and AI tools (QueryBuilder, uGraph, Cortana) and evaluate model outputs.
• Partner with Product, Decision Science, Policy, Legal, and Finance to close systemic gaps.
