Jobgether is seeking a RevOps Engineer in Mexico to design, build, and operate internal apps and workflows that enable Revenue Operations teams. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with RevOps, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to translate operational needs into scalable software.

The role blends product thinking with hands-on engineering across React, Node.js, Python, and APIs, with emphasis on code quality and maintainability in a fast-paced, remote LATAM environment.

Formación

• 4–6 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with RevOps or business systems supporting GTM teams.
• Proficiency across full-stack web development.
• Experience with React, Node.js, Python, and APIs.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain internal applications for RevOps.
• Own features from definition to deployment.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders.
• Build and deploy production-ready tools and systems.
• Estimate effort and plan implementations in iterative cycles.
• Improve infrastructure reliability and workflows.
