Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related GTM role.
• Hands-on Tableau experience required, dashboards built from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with complex formulas and modeling.
• Experience working with CRM data (HubSpot preferred) and connecting it to reporting.
• Exposure to incentive compensation modeling, quota attainment, or variable pay analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards tracking performance across partnerships and growth channels.
• Analyze KPI trends: conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp curves, and revenue attainment.
• Provide interpretations and recommendations when trends shift; support quarterly/annual reviews.
• Assist in capacity planning, quota setting, and forecasting for new/high-growth segments.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and Finance to ensure data accuracy and timely payouts.
