Enovis Corporation in Tijuana, Mexico, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst (GPO) to join our team. The role focuses on managing GPO membership rosters, contract eligibility, pricing accuracy, and rebate reporting to enable data-driven decisions for sales leadership.

You will build Power BI and Excel reports, coordinate with distribution partners, and ensure pricing systems stay aligned with negotiated contracts while supporting cross-functional projects across IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales,

Formación

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• At least 2 years in Revenue Operations or a similar finance role.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain GPO membership rosters, keeping member information and GPO relationships current and verified.
• Process, prepare and distribute tracings and rebate reports, including validating contract eligibility and handling resubmissions.
• Work with distribution partners to collect tracings data, calculate rebates owed, and present results to sales management.
• Build reports and analytics in Power BI and Excel that sales leadership uses to make strategic calls.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies, credit and rebill requests, and other partner issues.
• Maintain customer and rep databases for sales reporting at corporate, divisional and territory level.
• Represent Revenue Operations in cross functional projects with IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Customer Care and Compliance.
