Job summary

PHINIA is seeking a Pricing Analyst to drive profitable growth across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You will provide pricing analytics, market insights, governance, and execution across PriceFx and SAP S/4HANA, partnering with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and IT to develop pricing recommendations and ensure accuracy.

The role focuses on market conditions, customer behavior, and competitive activity to optimize pricing decisions and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, marketing, business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of pricing analysis, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Pricefx, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Access.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing data to identify opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Assess customer, product, and channel profitability for margin improvement.
• Conduct pricing simulations and elasticity analyses to support decisions.
• Monitor price realization, discounting behavior, and margin trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing Management, and Category Management teams on pricing strategies.
