Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Store Supervisor in Huixquilucan. You will coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results while backing up the Assistant Store Manager and upholding standards.

You will analyze daily sales, monitor visuals, manage loss prevention, and help train staff. The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and local compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held, mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target.
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
