Formación

• Two (2) years of experience in customer service with a sales focus.
• Experience managing cash and other values.
• Previous experience in a FedEx SCS Warehouse is preferred.
• High school diploma and English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Over-the-counter customer service and clerical duties with direct customer interface.
• Trace packages, answer questions about FedEx products and services.
• Check labeling, weight, packaging, insurance values and customs docs.
• Support branch profitability by optimizing resources and budget.
• Open/close the branch, keep the area clean and maintain supplies.
• Identify new customers and sales opportunities; submit leads.
