Qualifications

• Previous experience in a FedEx SCS Warehouse or similar operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Over-the-counter customer service and clerical duties.
• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions about FedEx services.
• Check packages for proper labeling and required documentation.
• Open/close the branch and maintain a clean work area.
• Develop customer relationships and seek sales opportunities.
• Safeguard company values and ensure accuracy in daily processes.
