HP Inc. is seeking a Retail Marketing Execution Lead to drive end-to-end retail marketing delivery across key North America accounts, including Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, and Staples.

This role leads a team, orchestrates multiple workstreams, and partners with category, media, content, analytics, finance, agencies, and sales to ensure timely, on-brand executions that move strategy into action. The ideal candidate is a strong operator and people leader with at least 7+ years in retail marketing,

Formación

• 7+ years in retail marketing, operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Experience across cross-functional marketing execution with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Experience with retail partners, retail media, eCommerce, content, and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Retail Execution Team across North America partners.
• Coordinate end-to-end retail marketing delivery across campaigns and launches.
• Align assets, content, media, offers, timelines, approvals, and reporting.
• Identify risks and drive resolutions with stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time, on-brand delivery aligned to business objectives.
• Drive operating rhythm with weekly status, timelines, and reviews.
• Partner with analytics, eCommerce, retail media, and sales to measure impact.
