HARMAN International is seeking a Sell Out Coordinator to drive retail sales performance, monitor sell-out trends, and ensure in-store execution across assigned channels. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and retailers to maximize product rotation and revenue.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 2–4 years in sales operations or trade marketing, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and English proficiency. This role offers flexible remote work options.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing, category management, or retail analytics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with sell-out data sources (retailer POS, NielsenIQ, Circana).
• English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Track and analyze sell-out performance by customer, channel, category, and SKU.
• Identify opportunities and risks impacting retail sales.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve sales velocity and market share.
• Monitor promotional effectiveness and ROI.
• Coordinate field teams and promoters to optimize execution quality.
• Support new product launches and retail activations.
• Review KPI forecast, fill rate, inventory, and sales analysis.
• Generate weekly and monthly sell-out reports.
