HP is seeking an Execution & Governance Enablement Lead to drive governance, contingency planning, and operational readiness across the Marketing Transformation Office. The role functions as a trusted advisor for leadership, establishing systems, rhythms, and risk management to enable strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include developing contingency plans, risk frameworks, executive reporting, and cross-functional governance across CMCAO and MTO initiatives, with emphasis on leadership

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in social marketing, content marketing and media, data-led planning, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Leads development, maintenance, and execution of business continuity and contingency plans for CMCAO priorities.
• Establishes risk identification and mitigation frameworks for leadership visibility.
• Owns enterprise action management processes, governance reviews, escalations, and leadership reports.
• Designs and facilitates executive operating rhythms and staff meetings with follow-up processes.
• Develops governance processes to support decision-making and execution tracking.
• Maintains oversight of access requirements, system permissions, training compliance, and readiness activities.
• Manages training governance, certifications, and learning requirements aligned with business needs.
• Develops and manages tools and reporting for visibility into readiness, risks, and commitments.
• Drives preparation and execution support for leadership forums, reviews, transformation events, and milestones.
• Oversees calendar management and event readiness across engagements.
• Partners with senior leaders to identify gaps, remove friction, and improve effectiveness.
• Creates scalable governance models and best practices for transformation initiatives.
• Leads complex cross-functional initiatives across functions and partners.
