A premium spirits company is seeking a Restocking Analyst in Mexico to generate inventory forecasts and manage supply indicators. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Access and Excel, is required along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions analyzing market information.
• Experience in self-service chain restocking.

Responsabilidades

• Generate forecasts of displacement and purchase to optimize inventory.
• Analyze inventory to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Generate sales and customer indicator reports.
• Develop suggested orders for the purchasing department.
• Measure and maintain supply indicators with logistics teams.
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing for optimal POS execution.
• Participate in reviews of indicators and planning parameters.

The Restocking Analyst generates a forecast of displacement and purchase, allowing for an optimal level of inventory and service. It identifies and capitalizes on opportunities that help the company achieve its objectives.

What You Can Expect

• Analyze inventory and take action to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Consult, download, and manage information in customer portals to generate reports for informed decision-making.
• Generate sales and customer indicator reports.
• Develop and send suggested orders to the purchasing department to achieve sales objectives and meet customer metrics.
• Measure and maintain supply indicators, collaborating with internal and external logistics teams.
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing to ensure optimal execution of POS activities.
• Participate in the review of indicators, forecasts, and planning parameters, including internal and external meetings with customers.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Administration, Engineering, and/or Finance.
• 1 to 3 years in similar positions, analyzing market information and indicators.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Access and Excel.
• Experience in self-service chain restocking and managing self-service chains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
