Brown-Forman Corporation is seeking an Associate Brand Manager Trainee to support brand analysis data, attend events, and handle administrative and regulatory tasks. The role involves executing marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and assisting in brand plan development through data gathering and interpretation.

The candidate should be pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree and may have internship experience in Marketing or Sales, with strong English, communication, and teamwork skills

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Communications.
• Prior internship or professional experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Sales is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
• Assist in the development and completion of brand plans, gathering and analyzing numerical data.
• Plan and supervise events, ensuring they are executed according to brand guidelines and deliver a positive ROI.
• Supervise point-of-sale execution, ensuring materials and displays are aligned with the brand toolkit.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing to ensure alignment on toolkits and campaign materials.
• Manage administrative processes, including purchase orders, product exits, and COFEPRIS permits.
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant administrative processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

What You Can Expect:
