Formación

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury lifestyle hotel, boutique hotel, or high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the daily operations of Standard Café and ensure exceptional service.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Maintain standards of service, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with culinary team for seamless service execution.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and costs while maximizing efficiency.
• Foster guest relationships and create lasting impressions.
• Support implementation of service standards, training, and continuous improvement.
