One&Only Palmilla is seeking a Host Supervisor to lead the Front Office team and deliver ultra-luxury service across guest touchpoints. Reporting to the Host Manager, you will coordinate Hosts, concierge, and VIP services, upholding Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards with warmth and precision.

You will coach, schedule, and develop colleagues, ensure flawless arrivals and departures, and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in Front Office or luxury hospitality.
• Experience with Forbes Five‑Star or LQA standards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily Host Team operations and coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and VIP services.
• Coach, train, and develop Hosts; conduct briefings and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards in all interactions.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and workload distribution to maintain service levels.
• Oversee guest recognition programs, service recovery, and operational SOPs.
