Uber México busca un Representante de Ventas en Campo para Monterrey. Esta posición temporal forma parte de un equipo destinado a aumentar la oferta de conductores y activar la red de Uber en ciudades de México.

El candidato ideal es autónomo, orientado a resultados y con experiencia en ventas o atención al cliente, dispuesto a viajar y a realizar sesiones informativas para promover la propuesta de Uber entre conductores.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Identificar y contactar a conductores potenciales en campo (principalmente en terreno).
• Transmitir la propuesta de valor de Uber y promover la inscripción de conductores.
• Conducir sesiones de información con conductores actuales y potenciales.
• Participar en campañas de llamadas a conductores prospectos o recién registrados.
• Gestionar interacciones con conductores para entender necesidades y objetivos, y proponer soluciones Uber.
• Apoyar a los conductores en el proceso de registro y preparación para sus primeros viajes.
• Colaborar con diferentes partes interesadas para incorporar insights.

About the Role

The business is establishing a temporary Field Sales Team with the primary objective of increasing supply across various cities in Mexico.

The Field Sales Representative is a unique role, serving as Uber’s eyes and ears in the market. This temporary position ensures that supply meets demand by proactively engaging with prospective drivers through targeted calls and on-site market visits, effectively communicating Uber’s value proposition.

What you’ll do

• Identify and find driver/ taxi driver leads on the ground (80% of the time) that can refer and/or convert to the platform
• Act as a voice of the earner, capturing insights at every opportunity
• Conduct info sessions with current and prospective Uber drivers to sell the Uber value proposition
• Participate in outbound call campaigns to prospective drivers or newly signed-up drivers
• Manage the interactions with existing / prospective drivers to understand their needs, concerns, and goals; pitch Uber as a solution
• Support drivers through the sign-up process and ensure they’re ready to take their first trips soon after
• Interact with different stakeholders to incorporate their insights if needed
• Create/ leverage scalable driver acquisition processes that can be replicated across cities
• Manage strategic partnerships with third parties
• Manage the funnel process and provide solutions in order to get more conversion.
• Travel to different cities if needed for driver acquisition activities

What You’ll Need:

• Highly self-motivated & autonomous: Understand what their goals are; strive to find more efficient ways of getting things done, and don’t require constant reminders to complete tasks.
• Action-oriented: ability to take practical action to deal with a problem or situation.
• People person: You love talking to people and getting them excited.
• Adaptable: ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience in sales or customer support.
• Knowledge or experience in the taxi industry would be a plus.
• Availability to travel within the national territory
