gsbsolutions1 is seeking a Windows Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for Windows-based applications and environments. The role involves troubleshooting, supporting Windows Server/Windows 10/11, and automating tasks with PowerShell.

Ideal candidates will have Azure/AVD experience and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams during migrations and deployments, ensuring post-migration validation and documentation.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Windows Application Support or a similar role.
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with enterprise applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Basic project coordination or project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Windows-based applications in production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, operating system, and infrastructure issues.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks.
• Support Windows Server and Windows desktop environments.
• Participate in desktop and application migration projects.
• Validate application functionality after migrations or deployments.
• Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
