Support Services Group is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide production application support and troubleshoot issues. You will work with HTTP, REST APIs, and SQL, using Postman and browser DevTools to diagnose problems and document findings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and follow established incident management processes. A strong English proficiency and analytical mindset are essential for success.

Formación

• Solid understanding of HTTP fundamentals and REST APIs.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing.
• Experience troubleshooting web/app issues with browser Developer Tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to document findings.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and triage production issues and application incidents.
• Troubleshoot HTTP and browser-related issues using browser DevTools.
• Perform API testing and troubleshooting using Postman.
• Run basic SQL queries to validate data and investigate issues.
• Analyze issues and identify potential causes or patterns.
• Review and interpret logs and error messages during troubleshooting.
• Document technical findings and resolutions clearly.
• Communicate issues effectively with internal teams.
• Follow established troubleshooting and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with other technical teams when needed.
