My IT Crew is seeking a Support Engineer to join our team and be on the front lines ensuring our clients' technology runs flawlessly. You will troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure, while also owning client communication and maintaining a high level of service.

Collaborate across the team in weekly meetings, contribute to a useful knowledge base, and drive incident resolution from start to finish. Remote work is available with EST business hours.

Formación

• Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting multiple clients in a fast-paced service desk or engineering environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, configuration, and management of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP.
• Knowledge of advanced networking, able to troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• Passion for excellent customer service and ability to build trust under pressure.
• Track record of creating internal documentation to help teammates grow.

Responsabilidades

• Become the go-to expert for clients and troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and VoIP systems.
• Own client communication, manage expectations, and ensure positive outcomes.
• Manage ticket queue with prioritization and handle warm transfer escalations.
• Contribute to a knowledge base and refine documentation for the team.
• Act as liaison between clients and vendors to drive incident resolution end-to-end.
• Collaborate in weekly meetings and trainings to drive team and company forward.
• Lead by example with accountability and proactive service.
