Jobgether SRL is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist in a fully remote, international role. You will own end-to-end paid media across Meta, TikTok, and Google, optimize campaigns, and translate data into growth strategies for multiple client accounts.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of paid media experience, strong analytics, and a proven track record with seven-figure budgets. EST alignment and collaboration with creative teams are essential.

Formación

• 2–4 years of paid media or user acquisition experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta advertising.
• Experience with TikTok and Google Ads.
• Experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
• Understanding of CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention, attribution.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication.
• Highly organized with strong account hygiene.
• Ability to collaborate with creative and growth teams.
• Familiarity with SKAdNetwork, AEM, MMPs.
• Able to work with international teams in EST hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google and others.
• Manage campaigns across multiple client accounts with performance focus.
• Monitor metrics like CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention.
• Analyze performance and diagnose changes due to fatigue or attribution.
• Develop and execute testing strategies across audiences and bidding.
• Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency and scale.
• Maintain account hygiene, naming, UTM, QA, and documentation.
• Collaborate with creatives and growth teams to align insights with decisions.
• Use proprietary tech and data to identify growth opportunities and scale budgets.
• Prepare performance insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Create compelling presentations for client meetings.
