Jobgether is seeking a Senior PPC Specialist to own and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) and Local Services Ads for home services clients. You will also run Meta campaigns and coordinate on landing pages and lead follow-up processes.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience, a strong ROAS track record, and English proficiency, in a fully remote setting with international clients.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience with ownership of PPC strategy and execution
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping
• Direct experience managing Google Local Services Ads for local service businesses or agencies
• Track record of improving ROAS and reducing cost per lead with measurable results
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding, budget allocation, audience targeting, and testing
• Experience using data to guide campaign decisions beyond clicks/impressions
• Professional written and spoken English skills
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution across Search, Display, and Shopping
• Manage Google Local Services Ads profiles including budgets, bids, lead quality, and compliance
• Develop Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Structure campaigns and conduct rigorous A/B testing across ad copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Monitor budgets and spend in real time to protect ROAS
• Analyze the customer acquisition journey linking ads to qualified leads and bookings
• Build performance reports for internal and client reviews
• Collaborate with marketing on offers, landing pages, and lead follow-up processes
• Apply local home services knowledge to targeting, seasonality, and competitive positioning
• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining performance and communication
