Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a fully remote Google Ads strategist who owns DTC accounts end to end, from strategy to client calls and reporting. You will manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures, defend your decisions, and own the results.

You will audit, optimize feed health, GA4/GTM tracking, and landing pages, and you will build pages and scripts. English fluency and US Eastern hours are required. If you want to own the whole picture and be judged on moving the numbers, this is for you.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans.
• Experience optimizing attribution models and ROAS targets.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end, including strategy, execution, and client updates.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately.
• Manage GA4/GTM tagging, Shopify integrations, and conversion tracking.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and improve performance.
