Sezzle, a US-headquartered NASDAQ-listed company, is seeking an Accountant based in LATAM to join our finance team. You will perform US GAAP month-end close, align with SOX controls, and prepare audit-ready documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel, and comfort using Claude or similar AI tools to boost productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience with US GAAP exposure.
• Solid foundation in US GAAP and basic exposure to SOX compliance.

Responsabilidades

• US GAAP & Month-End Close: execute monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis under US GAAP.
• SOX Compliance & Internal Controls: maintain audit-ready docs and perform control testing under SOX 404.
• Audit Preparation: prepare schedules and documentation for quarterly/annual reviews and audits.
