Touch Support, a multinational Business Process Optimization company, is hiring an Accountant for a fully remote role in Mexico. The candidate will perform end-to-end accounting tasks, manage payroll cycles, and prepare financial statements while collaborating with US-based leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong organization.
• Proactive problem-solving and deadline-driven.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct or similar software.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations.
• Process fortnightly payroll and month-end payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end financial statements and general ledger reviews.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor communications.
